Last updated: 2026-06-01
1. Introduction
Welcome to Pimon. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Pimon provides mobile app development, web app development, UI/UX design, backend development, admin dashboard development, maintenance, and related digital product services.
The exact scope of each project, including deliverables, schedule, cost, and responsibilities, will be defined separately through a quotation, proposal, contract, or written agreement.
3. Project Scope
All projects are carried out based on the agreed project scope. Any additional features, revisions, integrations, design changes, or development requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and schedule adjustments.
Pimon may provide recommendations regarding technology, design, structure, and development methods, but the final project direction must be confirmed by the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, approvals, account access, content, images, brand assets, and feedback required for the project.
Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect the project schedule. Pimon is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed feedback, third-party service issues, or client-side circumstances.
5. Quotations and Payments
Project fees are determined based on the scope, complexity, schedule, required features, design requirements, and third-party integrations.
Payment terms, including deposit, milestone payments, balance payment, and due dates, will be specified in the quotation, invoice, contract, or written agreement.
Work may be paused or delayed if payment is not made according to the agreed payment schedule.
6. Revisions and Changes
Revisions are provided according to the agreed project scope. Minor revisions within the agreed scope may be included, while major changes or new feature requests may be quoted separately.
A request may be considered additional work if it changes the original project structure, adds new functionality, requires redesign, affects development logic, or extends the project timeline.
7. Timeline and Delivery
Pimon will make reasonable efforts to complete projects according to the agreed schedule. However, timelines may change depending on project complexity, client feedback, third-party services, app store review processes, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Any estimated timeline provided before final scope confirmation is for reference only and may be adjusted after detailed review.
8. App Store and Third-Party Services
For mobile app projects, submission to the Apple App Store or Google Play may be supported depending on the project agreement.
Approval by Apple, Google, or any third-party platform is not guaranteed, as each platform has its own review policies and requirements.
The client is responsible for maintaining their own developer accounts, third-party service accounts, API keys, payment gateway accounts, domain, hosting, and other external services unless otherwise agreed.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client after full payment has been received.
Pimon may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, templates, internal know-how, reusable code, and development methods used before or during the project.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to Pimon, including text, images, logos, videos, and other content, do not infringe any third-party rights.
10. Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Pimon may display completed projects, screenshots, service names, logos, and general project descriptions in its portfolio, website, proposals, or marketing materials.
If confidentiality is required, the client must notify Pimon in writing before the project begins.
11. Maintenance and Support
Maintenance, bug fixes, updates, server management, OS update support, and additional feature development after project completion are not included unless specified in the project agreement.
Post-launch support may be provided under a separate maintenance agreement or quotation.
12. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Pimon will make reasonable efforts to provide stable and reliable services. However, we do not guarantee that the website, app, server, third-party services, or developed product will be completely error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
Pimon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, data loss, or issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, app stores, payment providers, or external APIs.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information received during the project private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law or necessary for project execution.
14. Cancellation and Refunds
